Return Policy

Was your order not as you expected? Don’t worry, we do accept returns in accordance with our policy.

To accommodate your request, please review the following instructions:

As a reminder: We will not accept returns without the proper form and a returns label.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. This means that once you receive your package, you have 30 days from that date to send the items back.
  • No refunds will be granted exceeding the 30th day.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unused with all original tags/labels attached.
  • Print out the order confirmation email that was sent to you and place inside your package. This is your proof of purchase.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept exchanges.                                                                              

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

ALL RETURNS: WHAT TO EXPECT

Email customer service at happy.to.help@lachenaeboutique.com. We will send you a return package. Place your order inside the shipping box and follow the instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for this process to take place. We pay for return shipping. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If your return is rejected, we’ll contact you and send your package back to you.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

 

CANCELLED ORDERS

You will be issued a full refund in the original form of payment if the order is cancelled prior to being shipped. If the order is cancelled after the items have been shipped, you will need to follow the instructions for returns once your package reaches your destination. Please note: once your order has shipped, you will receive a refund minus the original shipping charges.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: happy.to.help@lachenaeboutique.com
