WHY SHOULD I CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH LACHENAE BOUTIQUE?

Short answer: convenience! You'll be able to store payment information for a quick and easy checkout, keep track of your order history and can ship to multiple addresses. We store your shipping address once you make a purchase. If you need to save an alternative address you can do so in your My Account page by clicking on View Addresses. You get to enjoy perks that are only available to members of lachenaeboutique.com. We do not automatically collect your email for marketing. To opt-in for store updates, please subscribe to our newsletter.

Why are certain items not available in every size?
Here at Lachenae Boutique, we focus on quality and not quantity. We search for reliable brands that will deliver on fitting the needs of our customers. We hope to bring you products that you will love. To make this a unique experience for you, some of our products will be sourced in select sizes. You'll want to snag our shoes and handbags before they're gone. Some of our items you won't see anywhere else.

Is there a shoe not available in your size?
Drop us an email at happy.to.help@lachenaeboutique.com or fill out the contact us form and include your shoe size. Feel free to tell us about your style. We'll keep you in mind while we search for that must have shoe. 

Did the handbag you want sell out?
Let us know and we'll be on the lookout for a similar style. We'd love to hear from you! 

Will items be available for restock?
Based on the popularity of a product, it may be restocked or replaced with a similar style; however, certain products will only be here for a limited time. If you want to keep current with the life of a product and new arrivals, sign up for our newsletter down below in the footer section.  

 

ORDERING AND PAYMENT
How do I view my order status?
You can view the status of your order by viewing the order status page or by logging into your account.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once an order is processed, we cannot make any changes. When you receive your package, you will need to email us. View our returns policy page for what to expect.

Why was my order cancelled?

We promise this is rare. On the slight chance your order happens to be cancelled, here are some reasons to consider:

  • An item in your order became unavailable after your purchase.
  • Payment information isn’t correct. Double check the name and card number carefully for inaccuracies. Mistakes happen so taking the extra time to glance over every detail can help.
  • An error with the address provided. Make sure you enter your full address including your apartment number if applicable.

I didn't receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation. What should I do?

First, log into My Account to view your order details. Then, view your email spam folder. Add us as a trusted website domain in your spam filter so you don’t miss out on any important email from us. If you don't have an account with us, skip the first step and check your email spam folder.

 

SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please visit our shipping terms page for a detailed break down of what to expect. 

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

Depending on the shipping date, your order may arrive on Saturday via USPS.

 

DELIVERY
Why haven’t I received my package yet?

Delivery times vary depending on your chosen shipping method. Each order is assigned a tracking number and expected delivery date. Check My Account to view the order status and tracking details or click on the Order Status link in the footer to enter your tracking number.

What should I do if I think my package is lost?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order status shows that your package has been delivered, please do the following: 

  • Contact your local post office to ask if any packages may have been left for you.
  • Ask family, neighbors or property managers if they received your package.
  • Check around doorways and porches. Sometimes carriers will leave your package in a discreet area near your door.
